Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary “Pass/Fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184 2. A complete set of Bidding Documents will be available on October 21, 2024 – November 08, 2024 at the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) office. Only to prospective bidders upon submission of the Letter of Intent (LOI) and payment of a non-refundable fee FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 500.00) 3. Eligible bidders must submit their bids at the Municipal Hall of Malitbog, Southern Leyte on or before November 08, 2024 @ 09:00 in the morning. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security either in the following forms; cash, certified check, cashier’s check, bank draft irrevocable letter of credit or a bank guarantee. 4. Late bids will not be accepted. The Approved Budget of the Contact under Bidding (ABCB) will only be disclosed after the Opening of Bids.
