The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos & 95/100 Only (Php 699,999.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract on Purchase of Diesoline. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for Purchase of Diesoline. Delivery of goods is required within seven calendar days upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least two (2) similar contracts, the aggregate amount of which should be equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC. The description of an Eligible Bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instruction to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail”criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
