The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, Through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos Only (Php 423,440.00) broken down as follows: ITEM BRIEF DESCRIPTION Sub- ABC 1. 1 lot Supply of Medicines Php 423,440.00 Total ABC Php 423,440.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Goods Drugs and Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the Procurement of Goods Drugs and Medicines and Delivery Required Seven (7) Calendar Days. The Local Government Unit-Tagoloan Bidders must have completed a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid, in the case of Expendable Supplies; Said SLCC must be at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. 4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat and Inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below form 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. from October 11, 2024, to October 30, 2024. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 21, 2024 to October 30, 2024 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents pursuant to the Guidelines issued by the GPPB in the amount of Php 500.00. At Municipal Treasurer’s Office –LGU-Tagoloan, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the Submission of their bids. 6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before 1:00 in the Afternoon on October 30, 2024. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Bid Opening shall be on 1:00 O’clock in the Afternoon October 30, 2024 at the Municipal Conference Room Ground Floor, Municipal Hall Building- Poblacion, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address above. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental reserves the right to accept or reject any all bids, Declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 9.
