The Municipality of San Francisco now invites bids for the ““Purchase of Generator Set”. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship’s, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Chairman of the municipality of San Francisco and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Document in the amount of One Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,000.00) on October 29, 2024. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 am, November 12, 2024 at the BAC Secretary’s Office. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
