The Office of Sangguniang Kabataan, Barangay Bignay, Valenzuela City through the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program 2024 intends to apply the sum of four hundred fifty five thousand pesos (P455,000) only being the ABC to pay for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SINGLE VISION EYEGLASSES WITH OPTICAL SERVICES - PROJECT: KITA- KITA OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABTAAN OF BARANGAY BIGNAY with Purchase Request No.: 2024-08-026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Office of Sangguniang Kabataan, Barangay Bignay, Valenzuela City now invites bids for the above Procurement (Supply and Delivery of Single Vision Eyeglasses with Optical Services - Project: Kita-Kita) Delivery of the Goods is required within 10 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
