The Government Reserve the right to purchase materials from other source when the winning bidders fails to deliver the material must within the stipulated period in the contract. 3.The above materials must be in accordance with the pertinent provisions of the Government Standard Specifications of Highways and Bridges, Revised 1972. 4.The volume of the above listed material will be measured in the vehicle at the point of delivery and to be checked by the Provincial Auditor or his authorized Representatives.
