The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the 2025 National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (PHP5,194,700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS ENT-HNS IMPLANTS (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
