The Bataan Peninsula State University, through the Retained Income Fund (RIF) intends to apply the sum of One Million Sixty-nine Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-five Pesos and Fifty Centavos Only (Php1,069,225.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Refurbishment of President-s Office in Admin. Bldg. at BPSU Balanga Campus. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Bataan Peninsula State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required for Thirty (30) calendar days upon the commencement date indicated in the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
