The Brgy. San Antonio through the BLGU-San Antonio intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (P226,220.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Elevated Pathwalk Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Brgy. San Antonio now invites bids for Construction of Elevated Pathwalk. Completion of the Works is required within 30 days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3.
