Engagement of Co-Location Service for Pnoc Ec Disaster Recovery Data Center (Re-Bid) Tender are invited for Engagement of Co-Location Service for PNOC EC Disaster Recovery Data Center (Re-bid) Procurement Mode : Public Bidding Classification : Goods Category : Information Technology Contract Duration : 0 Day s Budget for the Contract : PHP 2,503,200.00 Description : The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2024 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php2,503,200.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges with the total ABC to payments under the contract for Engagement of Co-Location Service for PNOC EC Disaster Recovery Data Center (Re-bid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The PNOC EC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Engagement of Co-Location Service for PNOC EC Disaster Recovery Data Center is required for a period of One (1) year from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within fifteen (15) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
