The Barangay Isugod of Quezon, Palawan, through the continuing 20% Development Fund CY - 2023 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 200,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR BLEACHERS IN COVERED COURT OF BARANGAY ISUGOD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Isugod of Quezon, Palawan now invites bids for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR BLEACHERS IN COVERED COURT OF BARANGAY ISUGOD. Delivery of the Goods is required on or before 15 calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Isugod of Quezon, Palawan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (except on official holidays). 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on May 25, 2024, 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday until June 4, 2024 at 10:00am from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Hundred (500.00) Pesos Only.
