Location : City Mayor's Office, Ormoc City Brief Description of the project : 85 sets tanod kit, with bag, reflectorized vest, baton, flashlight 15W LED, whistle, ball cap & handcuffs Approved Budget for the Contract : 2,550,000.00 CMO: 2024 Other Supplies and Materials Expense -Peace and Order and Public Safety Program: anti-Criminality Delivery Period : 30 Calendar Days Prospective bidders must have an experience of having completed a similar project within the last 3 years with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC or for expendable supplies at least 25% of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II . Instruction to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act". It is also restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships or organization with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital share belonging to citizens of the Philippines. The BAC will issue a complete set of Bidding Documents to interested bidders or their duly authorized representative at the BAC Office, 2/F New Ormoc City Hall Building, Ormoc City, upon presentation of proper identification, Special Power of Attorney (SPA), for authorized representative and upon payment of a non refundable fee in the amount of: Five Thousand Pesos (5,000.00) only to the City Treasurer's Office, Ormoc City.
