Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals. 1. The Municipal Government of Manaoag, Pangasinan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The contract duration required is six (6) to eight (8) months starting from the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders). 2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act RA 9184. 3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Manaoag, Pangasinan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from October 28, 2024 to November 15, 2024 from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday & Up to November 18, 2024, 9:00AM only. 4.
