The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program, and Multi-Year Contractual Authority No. MYCA-BMB-C-24-0000074, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Sixty Thousand Pesos (P21,060,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Maintenance of Air-conditioning Systems” (Project ID No. DBM-2025-04-EPA). For the purpose of early procurement authorized under Section 7.6 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, the proposed budget under the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program shall be used as basis. Further, consistent with the requirement in the same Section 7.6, no award of contract shall be made until the approval and effectivity of the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project.
