The Barangay Local Government Unit of Kisolon, Through Barangay Office Funds CY 2024 intends to apply the sum Six Hundred Thousand Twenty Five Pesos (Php600,025.00) Only. being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Street Lights for Barangay Roads (Kisolon). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Kisolon, through the Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the good/services contemplated in this project and as indicated in the schedule of Requirements and the table Technical. Specification indicated in the bidding documents Expected Completion of delivery of the goods/services is within ten (10) Calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). 3. Prospective bidders should have completed within a period of at least two (2) years similar contract to the project and the total of the aggregated contract amount should be equivalent to at least Fifty Percent (50%) of the ABC; and the largest of these similar contract must be equivalent to at a least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. 4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC office Barangay Kisolon, Sumilao, Bukidnon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 9:00 am to 4:00pm Mondays to Fridays. 6.
