The City Government of Kidapawan, through the 20% Economic Development Fund CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php217,850.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies for the Use of the Kidapawan City Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Award Committee Office, 2nd Floor, City Convention Hall, JP Laurel Street, Brgy. Poblacion, Kidapawan City and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays starting June 27, 2024. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on June 27, 2024 to July 4, 2024 at 10:00 am from given address and website/s below upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00). It may also be down loaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and may refer at www.kidapawancity.gov.ph provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6.
