APO STREET, MOUNTAIN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, BRGY. 183, CALOOCAN CITY 1. The CITY OF CALOOCAN, through the General Fund of the 2024 Annual Executive Budget approved under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1055 s. 2023, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred and Seventy Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Pesos (₱6,477,930.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation Of Streetlights Along Mt. Apo Street, Mountain Heights Subdivision, Brgy. 183, Caloocan City. (General Scope of Work; Provision of Progress Photographs, Offices, Shops, Stores and Worksmen Accommodation for Contractor, Permits and Clearances, Project Billboard/ Signboard, Occupational Safety and Health Program, Traffic Management, Mobilization/ Demobilization, Removal of Actual Structures/ Obstruction, 0.15m Thick, PCCP(Unreinforced), Structure Excavation, Common Soil, Overhaul, Gravel Fill, Reinforcing Steel, Grade 40, Structural Concrete, 20.68 MPa, 28 Days, Single Arm Post, with Streetlight, LED, 150W ). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids 2. The CITY OF CALOOCAN now invites contractors with PCAB License and Registration appropriate to the project cost to bid for the Installation Of Streetlights Along Mt. Apo Street, Mountain Heights Subdivision, Brgy. 183, Caloocan City. Completion of Works is required within seventy five (75) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project which is at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4.
