The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF CAGAYAN through the AIP 2024 -20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (10, 000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement Concreting of Roads - Concreting of Road at Nararagan Provincial Road with Curb and Gutter and Retaining Wall, Ballesteros, Cagayan (2024-AIP 20%DF-BAL- 098) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.
