Approved budget of the contract, ₱ 71,875.00; 2. Delivery period shall be thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order (PO); 3. Refusal to accept an award maybe ground for imposition of Administrative Sanctions under Rule XXII of the Revised IRR of RA 9184; 4. BIR shall deal with legitimate suppliers only; 5. All entries must be typewritten; 6. Quoted prices shall be inclusive of applicable taxes and shall be firm and valid for a period of at least thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of quotation and shall be binding upon the supplier within the period; 7. The BIR reserves the right to post-qualify any supplier and/or to reject any or all submitted quotations; 8. Job Order/Purchase Order shall be awarded to lowest calculated responsive bid; 9. Payment shall be made within a reasonable time from submission of Inspection Report issued by the Inspection Committee (IC) and likewise an Acceptance Report issued by the Acceptance Committee and all other required documents based on existing issuances.
