OBJECTIVE The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Office XII, in its daily operations, needs to maintain a clean and healthy working environment that is conducive to all its officials, employees and clients, ensuring an uninterrupted, effective and efficient delivery of programs and services. Thus, it is necessary to acquire a reputable Service Provider, which will provide necessary assistance for the DENR Regional Office XII Main Building, Hostel and Land Records Building including the grounds and gardening. II.
