The interested bidder must have 100 kgs. Scale calibration. 2. The interested bidder shall have a closed vehicle for pick- up of soiled linen and delivery of clean linen. 3. The interested bidder must provide a work environment that is suitable for the washing process. 3.1 All personnel must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all time. * Non-infectious Linen – Rubber gloves, face mask, face shield, and apron on a case by case basis 3.2 Safety signages must be visible. 3.3 Water source must be filtered. 4. The interested bidder shall have a picked-up receipt and delivery receipt to give to the end-user upon collection of soiled linen and delivery of clean linen. 5. The interested bidder is expected to complete the delivery of clean linens in the next delivery with separate receipt attached. 6. The interested bidder shall pack the delivered clean linen in a pouch or clean plastic bag. 7. The interested bidder shall provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to their staff. Interested bidder Personnel must wear Rubber Boots, Gown, Gloves and Face Mask during pick-up of soiled linen and delivery of clean linen at all times. 8. The interested bidder shall replace any damaged linens identified by the end-user except ordinary wear and tear. (eg. discoloration, permanently crumpled linens due to ironing machine, etc.) 9. The interested bidder should be able to provide the required equipment as specified above. 10. The interested bidder must show the designed process flow in flow chart form from receiving of the linen to washing, drying, folding and ironing and making them available for immediate use by the hospital that is acceptable to the standards and requirements of CLMMRH. 11. The interested bidder shall receive soiled linens from the hospital’s Linen and Laundry Section staff at the designated laundry building area. Clean linen shall be delivered to the Linen and Laundry Section Office receiving area based on the following schedule: *PICK UP TIME OF SOILED LINENS: - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm *DELIVERY TIME OF CLEAN LINENS: - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm 12. The interested bidder must have one (1) hospital client rendering the laundry service. In the exigency of service procuring entity may request delivery of clean linens anytime other than the scheduled above. In such cases, the hospital Linen and Laundry Section shall inform the winning bidder the request at least two (2) hours before the intended deivery time. 13. The consumption will approximately end at one (1) Year. * In the event that there were remaining volume of kilos after one (1) Year , the interested bidder will continue to pick up until the requested volume of kilos was consumed. * The interested bidder will automatically stop the service if the requested volume of kilos was totally consumed prior one (1) Year .
