Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening. 2.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY TAMBONGON, BACACAY, ALBAY, now invites bidders for PROCUREMENT OF BRAND-NEW VAN CONVERTED INTO A RESCUE VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT AND APPARATUS FOR DISASTER RESPONSE AND RESCUE ACTIVITIES OF BARANGAY TAMBONGON, BACACAY, ALBAY, provided, that the delivery requires five (5) calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
