The PHILIPPINE SPACE AGENCY, through the General Appropriations Act For Fiscal Year 2024 Per Republic Act No. 11975 intends to apply the sum of NINETEEN MILLION PESOS (Php19,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PhilSA PB No. 2024-026-A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals. 2. The PHILIPPINE SPACE AGENCY now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Philippine Space Industry Development Plan (2025-2034) (2nd Bid) . Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 8 October 2024, 10:00 A.M. at the PhilSA Office at 29th Floor, Cyber One Building, 11 Eastwood Avenue, Eastwood City Cyberpark, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Philippines. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass fail” criterion. 3.
