The Barangay government of Dimasalang, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of One Hundred Thousand pesos (P 100,000.00) From The Barangay Development Fund (20% BDF 2024) of Barangay Dimasalang intended for the procurement of Improvement of Health Center. 2. The Barangay Dimasalang now invites bids for the “Improvement of Health Center”. Supply of Hardware Materials will be completed within fifteen (15) days. 3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instructions to Bidders. 4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) OF Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 5. Interested bidders may obtain farther information from the Barangay Dimasalang. Bids and Award Committee (BAC) Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on October 22, 2024 – October 29, 2024 ; 12:00 NN from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos only (500.00). 7. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below on for or before October 29, 2024, 12:00 NN. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. 8.
