The Municipality of Baco through 20% Development Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three million five hundred thousand pesos only (Php 3,500,000.00) for the Goods being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Purchase of Brand New Medical Laboratory Equipment to be used in Municipal Health Office. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of Baco now invites PhilGEPS registered supplier/distributors to bid for Purchase of Brand New Medical Laboratory Equipment to be used in Municipal Health Office. Delivery of Goods is required within thirty (30) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
