Prospective bidder shall have an SLCC that is at least one (1) contract similar to the Project value of Which, adjusted to current prices using the PSA's CPI, must be at least equivalent to: a. For the procurement of Non-expendable Supplies and Services, the bidder must have completed a single contract similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. b. For the procurement of Expendable Supplies, the bidder must have completed a single contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid. Pre-bid Conference will be on the date and time stated below at the BAC Conference Room, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City. Bid Documents are available during office hours at the BAC Secretariat Office, City General Services Office and upon payment of a non-refundable amount of bid documents as stated below to the LGU Cashier, Office of the City Treasurer. All bid proposals must be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before the closing date, at the BAC Conference Room, City Administrator's Office, Tabuk City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City. Bid opening shall be on the date stated above (Closing Date) at the BAC Meeting Room, City Administrator's Office, Tabuk City Hall Dagupan Centro,, Tabuk City. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to reject any and/or all quotations or part thereof, or to waive formality therein and/or to accept the quotations as may be considered most advantageous to the Local Government Unit of Tabuk.
