The Municipality of Laur, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One million four hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-five pesos (PhP 1,499,995.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Medicine and Supplement Supplies for RHU with Project ID No. Goods-04-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of Laur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods Services is required within 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
