The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office - Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (P3,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Supply, Delivery and Testing of one (1) unit Recirculating Dryer(Stationary) in Alfonso Lista, Ifugao in support to Corn Program”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The DA-RFO-CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is stated in Section VI.
