Prospective bidders should have completed within three (3) years, a single contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the National Statistics (NSO) consumer price indices and, of at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II, Instruction to Bidders. Bid requirements must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat on July 19, 2024 not later than 9:30AM. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the Instruction to Bidders, Clause 18. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the bidding. Late bids shall not be accepted.
