All prices offered must be valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of submission. 3. Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be rejected. 4. Indicate in the proposal the brand, model and technical specifications of the items quoted; otherwise, the bid will be rejected. Specifying the country of origin, the terms “generic”, “original”, and the like are not considered brand names. Indicate No Brand if the item quoted is generally unbranded. 5. Alternative Bids shall be rejected outright. For this purpose, alternative bid is an offer made by a Bidder in addition or as a substitute to its original bid which may be included as part of its original bid or submitted separately therewith for purposes of bidding. The City of Bayawan reserves the right not to award any contract to a bidder having a pending and overdue delivery obligation to the City and defaulted the prescribed delivery period in previous award/s from the City of Bayawan. 10.
