The MUNICIPALITY OF LUBA, through the NATIONAL TASK FORCE TO END LOCAL COMMUNIST ARMED CONFLICT (NTFLCAC) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPGRADING OF FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD AT BARANGAY GAYAMAN with Project Identification Number: CW-NTFLCAC-2024-031. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The MUNICIPALITY OF LUBA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from MUNICIPALITY OF LUBA through the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from OCTOBER 8-28, 2024 office hours, Monday to Friday, except holidays. 5.
