The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, in accordance with Sections 7.5 and 7.6 of \\the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR), allowing Early Procurement Activities (EPA) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Million, Nine Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand, Two Hundred Forty-Four Pesos and Six Centavos (Php199,989,244.06) being the National Expenditure program (NEP) submitted to Congress as the Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (IAPP) based on the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of Dredging of San Juan River.
