The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 2024 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Four Pesos and Thirty Three Centavos (₱1,353,324.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of the Diagnostic Building (Laboratory Section) As per DOH Requirements, Located at LTMH Compound, Pampang, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya (3000-1-3-11-001-007). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required to be completed for seventy (70) calendar days.. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
