Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. The Naga City School of Arts and Trades, Naga City, now invites quotation proposals for the Procurement of Meals and venue for Seminar on Strengthening Gender and Development Agenda Cum Performance Implementation Review/Stakeholders Appreciation Night on November 30, December 1,7,14 and 20,2024. Venue availability is required within 5 days after the award of contract which is subject to inspection and approval of the Inspection Committee. Venue has spacious parking space, easy accessibility, with free-flowing coffee and has excellent internet connectivity. Submission of quotation proposal is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. Quotation cost should include free delivery of items . Interested bidders may obtain further information from Naga City School of Arts and Trades, Naga City at (054) 871-5390, between 8:00 am to 12:00 and 1:00 to 5:00 pm. A complete set of Request for Quotations form may be obtained at no cost by interested bidders from October 19,2024 to October 28,2024 school days only, at the Office of the Supply Office Naga City School of Arts and Trades or may be downloaded from the website. Original copies of Quotation proposals must be delivered to the Office of the Supply Office, Naga City School of Arts and Trades, on or before 10:00 am of October 28,2024. Late proposal shall not be accepted. Bidder with the lowest calculated responsive bid shall be requested to present the actual QUALITY OF unit or any form of representation, whichever is possible, subject for procurement for verification purposes which is the basis for awarding of the Notice of Award.
