Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Tarpaulin and Printing Services to be used for the Sustaining the Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Efforts. Delivery of the Goods is required for 10 calendar days. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Local Government Unit of Las Nieves and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before October 17, 2024 not later than 10:00 am in the morning. Bid opening shall be on October 17, 2024 at exactly 10:00 am in the morning at Municipal Library, Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Las Nieves, Agusan del Norte. Late bids shall not be accepted. The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
