The BARANGAY TUNGKOP, MINGLANILLA, CEBU, through the LOCAL FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS (P4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The BARANGAY TUNGKOP, MINGLANILLA, CEBU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within TWO HUNDRED FORTY (240) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
