The Local Government Unit of Calayan, through the PCF Trust Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Eighty One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Five and 50/100 (Php 681,475.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Calayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty Calendar Days (30 C.D). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project ,. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Calayan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 18, 2024 – November 12, 2024 from given address and website/s below Bids and Awards Committee, Municipal Hall Building, Poblacion, Calayan, Cagayan: upon payment of a nonrefundable fee in the amount of P 1,000.00. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees. 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat before November 12, 2024 at 8:00 am (i) manual submission at the office address as indicated below, on November 12, 2024, at 8:00 am.
