The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City, through the budget SP RES. NO. 2024-106 for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, intends to apply the sum Two Million Three Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Pesos and 21/100 Only (PHP 2,348,930.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract reference number 2024-INFRA-066. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 125 calendar days Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00am-4:00pm, Mondays to Fridays up to the last day of submission of the bidding requirements. 5.
