Electronic submission of price quotations and documentary requirements will be accepted/allowed but only to the official email address: bacgoods.upmin@up.edu.ph Instruction for Electronic Submission of Request for Quotation (RFQ): -The Bidder should indicate in the email subject line the: RFQ No. and Name of Company followed by the words “RFQ Submission” (ex. 2022-0001 XYZ Company RFQ Submission). A bid bearing an erroneous, blank or incomplete email subject line may not be considered as an official submission of quotation. -All email submissions with SUBJECT LINE: “RFQ Submission” will generate an automatic reply to the bidder which will indicate the official time of submission. Bidder may print a copy of the email as proof of submission. The official date and time of submission of quotation shall be verified using email metadata (i.e., email address sender, date and time of email receipt). -All RFQ submissions should be emailed to the official email address of the UP Mindanao BAC account: bacgoods.upmin@up.edu.ph 3. Price quotations and documentary requirements may also be submitted to the SPMO, UP Mindanao Administration Building. The RFQ and other documents must bear the wet/electronic/digital signature and must be placed in an envelope with the following information written on the outside of the envelope.
