The DENR Regional Office No. 02, through the Fiscal Year 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 3,500, 000.00) being the proposed Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Provision of Security Services for the DENR Regional Office No. 2 for Calendar Year 2025 with project identification number DENR R2 EPA RBAC-02-2024. For the purpose of early procurement authorized under Section 7.6 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, the proposed budget under the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program shall be used as basis.
