The Department of Public Works and Highways, Mindoro Occidental District Engineering Office, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro, through the FY 2025 NEP INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS intends to apply the corresponding Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts for the following listed project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.
