PRO4B-2024-02 1. The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos (Php 5,684,392.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air Conditioning Units of PRO IVB under IB No. PRO 4B-2024-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B now invites bids for the above Procurement Project Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the winning bidder. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
