No. GOODS – 2024 – 32 Republic of the Philippines Province of Southern Leyte MUNICIPALITY OF MACROHON oOo INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES The Municipality of Macrohon, through the General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ten Pesos (Php 1,492,810.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipality of Macrohon now invites bids for the Procurement of Catering Services. Delivery of the Goods is required (15) Fifteen days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of Macrohon BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:00 am – 5:00pm. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders starting June 19, 2024, (Wednesday) from the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) for Eligibility Document and for the Bidding Document in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 5,000.00). Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before July 3, 2024 (Wednesday); 9:45 A.M. at the BAC Secretariat Office. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. The Municipality of Macrohon will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on June 19, 2024 (Wednesday) @ 8:30AM at the MPC Building, which shall be open to prospective bidders. The opening shall be on July 3, 2024 (Wednesday) at exactly 10:00 A.M. at the MPC Building, Municipality of Macrohon, Province of Southern Leyte. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representative who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
