The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through the Development Fund and Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Five Pesos and 60 100 (Php 7,289,245.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF RICE PROCESSING SYSTEM 1 WAREHOUSE AT BRGY. BOLANEY, CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.
