To be eligible to participate, interested parties are required to submit the following documents as prescribed under R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act, viz : a. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) business name registration or SEC registration certificate whichever maybe appropriate under existing laws of the Philippines; b. Valid and current Mayor's Permit/Municipal License; c. Taxpayer's Identification Number Suppliers already accredited need not to submit the above requirements.
