The Sangguniang Kabataan Government of Baranagay Navotas West, through the 2024 Annual Budget Fund intends to apply the sum of Sixty Thousand pesos (Php 60,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the supply and delivery of procurement of office supplies. 2. The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Navotas West now invites bids for the supply and delivery of the procurement of supplies for WESKOLAR. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm. 5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 7, 2024 at 2:00pm. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms stated in the BDS. 6.
