The Guimaras State University, through the Local Income (Fund 164) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Two Pesos (Php 428,202.00) Only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Books for the University Library of Guimaras State University with the Solicitation Number: 24-07-0098. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Guimaras State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is Fifty (50) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
