Niño, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato Brief Description: Construction of Public Comfort Room Approved Budget for : Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 300, 000.00) The Contract (BAC) Delivery Period: Ten (10) days upon receipt of Notice to proceed (NTP) Prospective bidders should have experience undertaking a similar project within last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the BAC. The eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examinations of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form stipulated in the Bid Documents. Late Bids shall not be accepted. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Post-qualifications and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
