The DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION – DIVISION OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE, through the issuance of the Authority to Procure by a memorandum dated June 27, 2024, from the Office of the Undersecretary for Finance, Annalyn M. Sevilla, and the Office of Undersecretary Epimaco V. Densing III, mandating this division to proceed with procurement while awaiting the Sub-ARO. With the above legal bases, this division intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR PESOS AND TWO CENTAVOS (PHP 2,252,464.02) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT FOR THE PROPOSED REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF TWO (2)-CLASSROOM SCHOOL BUILDING, (Building \ 6 ) - (PBSP BLDG) - (7.00m x 9.00m) - (2CL) - CASIKLAN CES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. 2. The DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION – DIVISION OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required NINETY (90 CD) CALENDAR DAYS.
