Interested bidders may submit their Letter of Intent (LOI) from October 18, 2024 to November 13, 2024 before 2:00PM at the BAC Office or thru this email: rtu_bac@rtu.edu.ph. Furthermore, the LOI should state the name of the company and the name of its authorized representative who will join the pre-bidding and bidding conferences. The pre-bidding conference scheduled on October 28, 2024 at 2:00PM will be held via ZOOM. Interested bidders are advised to email the BAC for the Zoom link. The last day of submission as well as the opening of bids will be on November 13, 2024 at 2:00PM. All bids must be submitted before the prescribed time. All queries regarding the project should be addressed to the BAC in the abovementioned email address. Bid Documents will be available online but only those who paid the non-refundable amount of Php 10,000.00 bid documents fee at the RTU Cashier can join the bidding.
